It all started when…

My friend asked me to take some photos of her baby. I had made lifestyle newborn sessions, tons of weddings, family portraits, cake smashes. You name it. But Studio Newborn? That was a whole new game. I was terrified, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved it! I quickly started joining newborn photography groups, buying props, recruiting models, and started my journey. Now here I am, with a studio in Columbus and being bossed around by tiny humans for a career.

I am a mother of four beautiful, unique, and annoying children. I have been married to my husband Kevin (co-owner of ZEAL creative) for going on 12 years. Believe it or not, we were married when I was 18, and he was 20. I was born and raised in the Buckeye state, while Kevin was born and raised in Muskegon, MI. I enjoy traveling, tattoos, hot showers, scratchy towels, the smell of Home Depot, and eating at new places. We homeschool and try to raise our kids to love Jesus and to give back to the community. I attend X Church in Canal Winchester. Maybe I’m biased, but it’s the best church ever. That’s it for now. You’ll learn more about me in the coming months/years on my blog! Thanks for reading!
